Federal Acquisition Regulation to Reinstatement of Commerce Patent Regulations Submission for OMB Review

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat is requesting OMB review and approval to reinstate a previously approved information collection requirement for Commerce Patent Regulations, inviting public comments on the necessity and utility of the collection and ways to minimize the burden on respondents.
