Federal Acquisition Regulation to Implement Performance and Integrity System for Federal Contractors

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council propose to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to establish a data system containing information on the integrity and performance of covered Federal agency contractors and grantees, as required by Section 872 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009.
