Federal Acquisition Regulation to Amend Performance and Integrity Information System

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement a new system for tracking the performance and integrity of federal awardees, and have extended the public comment period to November 5, 2009, to allow for more time to review the proposed changes.
