Federal Acquisition Regulation to Update Award Fee Language

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation, implementing changes from the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 and the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009, as well as the Office of Federal Procurement Policy guidance memorandum from December 4, 2007.
