U.S. Trade Representative Announces Costa Rica's Eligibility for Retroactive Duty Treatment

The U.S. Trade Representative has made a determination that Costa Rica is eligible for retroactive duty treatment under the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement, following the requirements of the Act. This decision is based on Section 205 of the Act and Section 205(b) of the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act.
