U.S. Waives Discriminatory Purchasing Requirements for Peru Trade Agreement

The U.S. government has waived discriminatory purchasing requirements for certain goods and services under the United States-Peru Trade Promotion Agreement, as mandated by Chapter Nine of the agreement.
