U.S. Requests WTO Dispute Settlement Over China's Grants and Loans to Enterprises

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office is seeking public comments on a WTO dispute regarding China's grants, loans, and other incentives to U.S. enterprises, following a request made on December 19, 2008, in accordance with the WTO Agreement.
