WTO Dispute Settlement: U.S. Trade Representative Office Seeks Public Comments on Tuna Labeling Dispute with Mexico

The U.S. Trade Representative's Office is seeking public comments on a WTO dispute regarding U.S. restrictions on the use of a dolphin-safe label for tuna and tuna products, following a request from Mexico on March 9, 2009.
