Additional Delay in Modification of Action Taken in Connection with WTO Dispute Settlement Proceedings on the European Communities' Ban on Imports of U.S. Beef and Beef Products

The United States Trade Representative announced modifications to the action taken in July 1999 regarding the World Trade Organization's authorization of the US to suspend concessions with respect to the European Communities' ban on imports of US beef and beef products. The modifications were initially set to take effect on March 23, 2009, but were delayed until May 9, 2009.
