Request for Comments Concerning Free Trade Agreement With the Republic of Korea

The United States Trade Representative (USTR) is seeking public comments to assess the progress of the free trade agreement (FTA) between the US and the Republic of Korea, signed in 2007, in achieving its objectives under the Bipartisan Trade Promotion Authority Act of 2002. The FTA has not yet entered into effect and the USTR is seeking input from the public to inform its assessment.
