U.S. Trade Representative Announces 2009 Annual Review of Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA)

The U.S. Trade Representative will review the eligibility criteria of the Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA) and publish a list of petitions filed by stakeholders, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Manufacturers, in response to this review.
