U.S. and European Communities Implement Beef Hormones Memorandum of Understanding

The United States and the European Communities have completed the first phase of their Memorandum of Understanding on Beef Hormones, which includes the reduction of tariffs on beef imports from the U.S. to 20,000 metric tons at zero duty, effective August 1, 2009.
