U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates O2 Micro International Ltd. and O2 Micro Inc. for Patent Infringement on CCFL Inverter Circuits and Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into O2 Micro International Ltd. and O2 Micro Inc. following a complaint alleging patent infringement on certain cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) inverter circuits and products, which were imported into the US and sold domestically.
