U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Handheld Wireless Communications Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into handheld wireless communications devices following a complaint filed by Saxon Innovations, LLC, alleging patent infringement and seeking exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
