U.S. International Trade Commission to Review and Remand Investigation into R-134a Coolant

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to re-examine a portion of a final ruling issued by an administrative law judge in December 2008, and is sending the case back to the judge for further review and consideration of a proposed remedy.
