U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Patent Claims Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review a decision by an administrative law judge to terminate certain patent claims related to video game machines and three-dimensional pointing devices, following a complainant's motion to amend the complaint and investigation.
