US Commission Schedules Reviews of Chinese, Russian, and Ukrainian Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate

The US International Trade Commission has announced the scheduling of full reviews to determine if revoking antidumping duties on Chinese cut-to-length carbon steel plate and suspending investigations on Russian and Ukrainian cut-to-length carbon steel plate would lead to continued material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time frame.
