U.S. International Trade Commission Extends Investigation Timeline for Liquid Crystal Display Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 in an investigation into liquid crystal display devices, and is seeking written submissions on remedy, bonding, and public interest, with the investigation now set to conclude by May 27, 2009.
