U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates LED Chip and Laser Diode Chip Imports

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into imports of light emitting diode chips, laser diode chips, and products containing these components, following a complaint filed by Gertrude Neumark Rothschild on behalf of her company, alleging patent infringement.
