U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Wireless Communications Devices
The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into wireless communications devices and components following a complaint filed by SPH America, LLC, alleging patent infringement and seeking exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
