U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Lighting Control Devices

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain lighting control devices, including dimmer switches, infringe on U.S. patents and trademarks. The complaint seeks an investigation and potential exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
