U.S. International Trade Commission Issues Final Determination in Investigation into MEMS Technology Berhad

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found MEMS Technology Berhad of Malaysia to be in violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 and has issued a limited exclusion order, terminating the investigation.
