U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Eastman Kodak Co.'s Patent Claim Amendment

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination allowing Eastman Kodak Co. to add a new patent claim to its complaint and investigation into mobile phones and digital cameras.
