USITCO Affirms-In-Part and Reverses-In-Part Final ID on Sharp Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has upheld a portion of a final initial determination finding Sharp Corporation's products violated Section 337, while reversing it for others, and issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against Sharp's products.
