U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Active Comfort Footwear Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination in a footwear investigation, following a settlement agreement and withdrawal of the complaint, and has requested further briefing on bonding and public interest.
