Notice of Investigation into Alleged Patent Infringement by Lincoln Electric Company and Lincoln Global, Inc.

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint alleging that Lincoln Electric Company and Lincoln Global, Inc. are being infringed upon by the importation of certain bulk welding wire containers and components, as well as welding wire, in violation of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,260,781 through 7,410,111. The complainants are requesting the Commission to institute an investigation and issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
