U.S. International Trade Commission Initiates Formal Enforcement Proceeding for Digital Televisions and Related Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has started a formal enforcement proceeding regarding the limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders issued following an investigation into digital televisions and products containing them.
