U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate LG Electronics for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into LG Electronics, Inc. of Korea, following a complaint filed on August 12, 2009, alleging patent infringement of certain video display patents. The Commission may issue an exclusion order and cease and desist order if it finds sufficient evidence of infringement.
