US Commission Launches Investigations into Chinese Seamless Carbon and Alloy Steel Pipe Imports

The US International Trade Commission has initiated investigations into imports of certain seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China, alleging subsidies by the Chinese government, and to determine if US industries are injured or threatened by these imports.
