U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Flash Memory Controllers and Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has closed its investigation into allegations of patent infringement, finding no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has terminated the investigation.
