US Commission Reviews Tariff on Chinese and Indian Carbazole Violet Pigment 23

The US Commission has initiated reviews to determine if removing tariffs on carbazole violet pigment 23 from China and India would harm US industries, and is seeking public input by December 2, 2009, with comments due by January 15, 2010.
