U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Flash Memory Device Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review an initial decision granting complainants' motion to modify their complaint and expand the investigation to include a new respondent, in a case involving Certain MLC Flash Memory Devices and Products Containing Same.
