U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Foldable Stool Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into a complaint filed by B & R Plastics, Inc. on November 6, 2009, alleging that certain foldable stools infringe on U.S. Patent No. D460,566, and that an industry exists in the United States to support the exclusion of these products.
