U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Dalian Lumei Optoelectronics Corporation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that terminated an investigation into Dalian Lumei Optoelectronics Corporation, based on a settlement agreement, effectively ending the investigation.
