U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Restraining Systems for Transport Containers

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into a complaint filed by Matthew Bullock and Walnut Industries, Inc. alleging violations of U.S. patent and copyright laws, as well as false advertising, related to restraining systems for transport containers and components.
