USPTO Proposes New System of Records for Commerce/PAT-TM-23 User Access

The USPTO is proposing a new system of records, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, and invites public comment on the proposed system, which will manage user access for web portals and information requests related to the Commerce/PAT-TM-23 program.
