USPTO Revises Patent Cooperation Treaty Procedures

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is updating its rules to align with changes to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) that went into effect on July 1, 2009, allowing applicants to make changes to claims in international applications.
