Addenda to the Memorandum of Understanding Between the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Energy

The U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of Energy have formalized their working relationship through addenda to their 1992 Memorandum of Understanding, clarifying the roles of each department in occupational safety and health at government-owned and contractor-operated facilities and privatized sites.
