OSHA Seeks Comments on Proposal to Extend OMB Approval of Walking and Working Surfaces Standard

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is soliciting public comments on its proposal to extend the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval of the information collection requirements for the Walking and Working Surfaces Standard for General Industry, which is outlined in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart D.
