NCUA Proposes Changes to Share Insurance Fund Premium and Deposit Procedures

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is proposing amendments to its rules to clarify procedures for credit unions entering or departing the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) system, following unprecedented expenses in 2009.
