Consumer Product Safety Commission Stays Enforcement of Testing and Certification Requirements

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a stay of enforcement for certain testing and certification requirements under the Consumer Product Safety Act, effective immediately, due to the recent changes brought by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
