Urgent Gear, Inc. Provisionally Accepts Settlement Agreement and Order
The Consumer Product Safety Commission provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with Urgent Gear, Inc., imposing a $35,000 civil penalty, and will publish the agreement in the Federal Register.
