CPSC Requests OMB Extension for Baby Bouncer Regulations

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the approval of information collection requirements for baby-bouncers, walker-jumpers, and baby-walkers without changes. The CPSC submitted a request after a 2009 notice, which received no comments, and one of its regulations bans products that pose hazards to children's safety.
