CPSC Stays Enforcement of CPSIA on Certain Bicycle Parts

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has decided to temporarily halt enforcement of a specific part of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 regarding certain bicycle components designed for children under 12 years old, due to concerns over lead levels in metal alloys.
