Downeast Concepts, Inc. Receives Provisional Acceptance of Settlement Agreement and Order from the Commission

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with Downeast Concepts, Inc., imposing a $30,000 civil penalty, and will publish the agreement in the Federal Register as per the terms of the Consumer Product Safety Act.
