Raymond Geddes & Co. Provisionally Accepts Settlement Agreement and Order
The Consumer Product Safety Commission provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with Raymond Geddes & Co., imposing a $40,000 civil penalty, and will publish the agreement in the Federal Register.
