FCC Extends Time for Comments on Intercarrier Compensation Reform Plan

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has granted an extension to file reply comments on a proposed process to address phantom traffic issues, related to the Missoula Plan, an intercarrier compensation reform plan filed by the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners' Task Force on Intercarrier Compensation (NARUC Task Force) on July 24, 2006.
