Missoula Intercarrier Compensation Reform Plan Federal Benchmark Mechanism Proposal Seeks Comments

The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners' Task Force on Intercarrier Compensation is proposing a federal benchmark mechanism to address issues faced by early adopter states, which have already reduced intrastate access rates, and seeks public comment on the proposal, which is intended to be incorporated into the Missoula Plan, filed on July 24, 2006.
