FCC Denies Petition for Reconsideration of Radio Broadcasting Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) denied a petition for reconsideration from Vernon R. Baldwin, Inc., Morgan County Industries, Inc., and Vernon R. Baldwin, finding that their proposed site at Mt. Vernon failed to meet the required signal strength, and therefore, it is not in the public interest to reinstate their petition. The FCC terminated the proceeding.
