Radio Broadcasting Services; Hemet, CA - Request for Comments on Petition for Reservation of Channel 273A

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition by Southern California Public Radio to reserve vacant Channel 273A in Hemet, California, for noncommercial educational use. The FCC also wants to know if it can use actual terrain to calculate service benefits for noncommercial educational (NCE) allotment requests.
